Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all items and games we sell. By making any purchase from Pinball Machines RSA, the Purchaser (Buyer) agrees to the terms outlined below.

2-Year Limited Warranty

Our 2-Year Limited Warranty applies to both new and refurbished products. It includes telephone diagnosis, repair, and replacement of defective parts for up to one year after delivery. Additionally, we cover labour costs for the first service call within 30 days of delivery.

This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, misuse, or any modifications/repairs performed without authorization from Pinball Machines RSA.

Warranty Exclusions:

•Pinball machines and arcade games manufactured before 1990.

•Any item used in a non-residential setting.

•Items used in rental properties.

•Products sold “as is” in the product description.

•Coin mechanisms are not included with machines and are not covered under warranty.

Product Setup

Some products require assembly upon delivery. Game manuals and setup instructions are provided with your purchase. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from improper setup.

If Pinball Machines RSA or its authorized representatives provide setup, we assume no liability for damages to the product or the premises, including walls, floors, doors, or any other structures during delivery and installation.

Delivery Times

Pinball Machines RSA does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping timelines depend on:

•Payment processing times.

•Product availability.

•Courier schedules.

The customer is responsible for providing a delivery address that is accessible by an 18-wheeler truck. If an address is not accessible, additional delivery fees will apply. The customer must ensure that the product dimensions fit through doorways and hallways.

If an item is returned due to inaccessibility, it will be considered a refusal to accept delivery and will be subject to a partial refund as per our Returns and Cancellations Policy.

Product Inspection

We strongly recommend that you inspect all items upon delivery. This must be done in the presence of the courier.

• Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork.

• You must notify us immediately if damage is found.

Minor imperfections, such as small scratches and nicks from packaging and transit, are normal wear and tear and do not justify a product return or refusal of delivery.

Drop-Shipping and Consignment

We reserve the right to source new and refurbished products from third-party suppliers. These products may be shipped directly from their warehouses.

Consignment sellers have the right to remain anonymous. Any attempt to contact consignment sellers directly will void any warranty and will result in an “as-is” final sale.

Pricing

All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.

•Written quotations are valid for 24 hours and may be revised or withdrawn within that period.

• Prices may be adjusted due to changes in specifications, modifications, quantities, shipment methods, or other factors.

Returns and Cancellations

We prepare shipments immediately after an order is placed.

• To receive a full refund, cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase.

•Approved returns and cancellations may be subject to:

• Up to 25% restocking fees.

• Shipping and return shipping costs.

• Refusing delivery will result in a refund of 50% of the purchase price, minus shipping and storage fees.

Legal Fees

Pinball Machines RSA has the right to recover all reasonable costs incurred in the collection of unpaid invoices. This includes, but is not limited to, attorney fees and legal costs.

Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase, the Purchaser (Buyer) confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms, conditions, and store policies outlined in this document.

All transactions, disputes, or claims related to Pinball Machines RSA will be governed by South African law. In the event of any legal proceedings, disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Kimberley, Northern Cape, South Africa.
